Why Vacuum Clean Your Violin or Viola Case

by | May 9, 2014 | Maintenance | 2 comments

What is Zlata doing with a vacuum cleaner in this video? A lot of hairs, dust and dirt gather in your violin case when using it. Vermin (wood wormscan get into your violin and eat it alive! If you don’t want your violin to be eaten by wood worms, you might consider cleaning your violin case once in a while.

Zlata, A very good recommendation to vacuum the violin case. Excellent. I also ordered a Wolf Fort Secondo shoulder rest and love it. Most comfortable rest yet.
    Best Wishes, Jerry

      Hi Jerry,

Thanks for watching! Great that you like the Wolf rest. A customer of mine called it ‘violin wellness’ last Saturday ;).

      All the best,

      Zlata
