😳‘What???’ I thought. Making 3 babies in 2 years and NOT putting them in daycare, I was expecting to make a little side income from home and just keep playing the violin and do some creative projects.
I chose what’s best for my family and what I love doing most.
I didn’t choose profit or growth.
But I made more money than I ever did in 12 years grinding and hustling.

🙅🏼♀️I quit the violin studio with three wonderful teachers and dozens of wonderful students (don’t worry: they’re happily transferred to a local music school)

🙅🏼♀️I quit my orchestra job
🙅🏼♀️I quit my string quartet gigs

I'm writing a book about how I got more freedom and time for myself, because I had 3 babies in 1,5 year. Interested?
The only thing I kept was Violin Lounge, my online business that is my ‘passion project’: a YouTube channel that provides hundreds of free violin lessons and my special program about bowing technique, where I can nerd out on my favorite topic and help violin players express themselves in music. 🎻Also I kept practicing myself a lot and playing together with my pianist.

This year I was more happy, fulfilled and relaxed than ever,
All this while juggling two babies, a business and a pregnancy…
